Fulfillment Policy
Order Processing & Shipping
- Product Availability: We stock all products and only list items currently available. If a product is out of stock, it will be clearly marked as such and cannot be purchased.
- Processing Times: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. In many cases, orders ship within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Methods & Carriers: We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, based on factors such as delivery speed, order weight, and destination. UPS Ground may offer slightly faster delivery times in most cases. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of the products and the distance to the delivery address.
Subscriptions
- Monthly Reorders: Certain products are available on a subscription basis, allowing for automatic reordering each month.
- Subscription Cancellations: To cancel your subscription without penalty, please email us at info@sircles.com at least two business days before your next scheduled shipment. We will cancel your subscription and you will not be billed for subsequent deliveries.
Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility: We only accept returns and offer refunds if the product was damaged during shipping.
- Return Window: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition for Returns: We may request photographic evidence of shipping damage before issuing a refund.
- Initiating a Return: To start a return request, please reply to your order confirmation email or email us directly at info@sircles.com. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
- Return Shipping Costs: If a return is approved due to shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned damaged item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 2 business days.
Cancellations & Order Modifications
- Order Cancellations (Non-Subscription Orders): If you need to cancel your order, please email info@sircles.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it without penalty. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
- Order Modifications: We are not able to modify orders after they have been placed. If you wish to change something about your order, please request a cancellation (if it has not yet shipped) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Products
- Non-Refundable Items: All products are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged. No refunds are issued for any other reason.
